Manual courthouse searches offer significant depth in your search for criminal background data.  We offer access to a network of researchers that will directly access courthouse records, going back seven years, per FCRA regulations. Manual searches are available for every county in the United States (over 3,000), and results are typically returned within five business days.  We recommend this search be used to upgrade to a more comprehensive report for the limited cases when the instant search returns results that are inconclusive or non-descriptive.

Convictions Analytics Report:

This report was developed in response to customer requests for clarification of information found within the criminal databases. While much of what will be reported is easy to interpret, some charges may not be.  We understand that you are not a specialist in criminal terminology.  If you obtain a search with a result that you don’t quite understand, this report can be requested.  It will define the crime for you and will identify the attributes that may help you make a hiring decision.  For example, the attributes may include elements of the crime such as:  drugs, violence, weapon, alcohol, theft and similar attributes.
