Just knowing that a landlord runs background checks discourages applicants with criminal backgrounds or previous undesirable rental histories.   It also offers good tenants an added sense of security about leasing in your rental community, which can be an added incentive that will help improve sales and decrease vacancy rates.

Instant and non-instant eviction search:
We offer an exhaustive set of evictions data from 43 states. As data sources become available, that number will continue to grow.   Searches can be ordered on-line and results are returned instantly to your screen.  In those states that do not offer an instant search, we offer access to a network of evictions researchers. Results are typically returned in 2 business days or less.

This service will verify the employment and income information provided on the rental application
(up to three) 

Reference Checks:
We will contact previous landlords and or any other references provided on the rental application (up to three) and request information about payment history, complaints, and how the tenants cared for the property.
 

Bank Account Verification:
